How My 4.5% Fixed Fee Works For You

We have a strong economy, and a valley rapidly growing with new business. The housing market,
however, has slowed down significantly, so I've decided to do my part to help my clients. From now on
all my sellers will have a 4.5% listing fee. The way that breaks down is, 3% goes to the Buyer's Broker
and 1.5% to me. My clients will still receive professional, friendly, quality service at an affordable price.
For clients that are ready to purchase a home (New Built or Resale), I will contribute a portion of my
commission towards your closing costs or to the charity of their choice.
